Directions for use of Thoughts for Change Cards:
- Select up to 10 cards for initial focus and rotate through entire set.
- Keep cards easily accessible.
- Read cards daily, aloud when possible.
- Read cards when symptoms arise or distress occurs.
- Use cards to redirect and reframe your focus.
- Notice thoughts, feelings and insights that arise when you read the cards, notice how your own responses change over time.
- Consider posting card(s) in places you will see them often.
- The more you read them the better it works.
