Directions for use of Thoughts for Change Cards: 

  • Select up to 10 cards for initial focus and rotate through entire set.
  • Keep cards easily accessible.
  • Read cards daily, aloud when possible.
  • Read cards when symptoms arise or distress occurs.
  • Use cards to redirect and reframe your focus.
  • Notice thoughts, feelings and insights that arise when you read the cards, notice how your own responses change over time.
  • Consider posting card(s) in places you will see them often.  
  • The more you read them the better it works.
