If you are not satisfied with any product, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible so we can quickly correct the issue.
If you wish to return your purchased item(s), please send an email to: [email protected] or go to the Contact Us page and use the contact form to send us a message indicating your intention to return the product and a brief message about your decision to return the product. We will contact you via email with the required steps to begin the process of return and refund. Do not return product(s) before you have received a response from us.
Overview
Thoughts for Change accepts returns within 45 days of purchase for a full refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot offer you a full refund or exchange if 45 days have passed since the purchase date. Customer Service can be reached at: [email protected].
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items: gift cards, downloadable software products and/or some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 45 days after purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejections of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable amount of time.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Replacement of defective or damaged items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: [email protected] – after you have received a response to your email send your item to: Thoughts for Change, PO Box 13, Chewelah, WA 99109.
Gifts
If the item you received was a gift and you wish to return it the refund will be sent to original purchaser in the same form which payment was received.

If you wish to ship by a different carrier, we will provide you with a physical address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
